I spent 30 years as a pediatric oncology RN until I crashed and burned 10 years ago. Although I've had a lifelong love for photography, I only started drawing and painting once I retired from nursing. I'm a pretty versatile visual artist but really love to draw with ink (such as sharpies, gel and metallic pens).
I have recently applied my ink creations to some digital apps and am exploring more avenues for expression. Prints of my work are available on artpal.com/helenthebird. I have also authored a book of poetry and three 'inksanity' art collections available on amazon.com.
